Meet the team
Dolly Davidson
Founder
Dolly has an interest in the biomechanics of movement, she’s studied Yoga, Pilates and S&C and blends her knowledge together for Group classes and 1-1 PT.
When she’s not in the gym, she can be found with her best boy (Yosh the ridgeback), hiking or dance
Jacob Meyers
Head of Strength and Conditioning
Jacob is our alumn S&C nerd, he has an interest in sports performance, biomechanics and physical development. He’s currently donning several hats with Youth long term development, Adult Athlete Development and coaches mentoring.
When he’s not in the gym, he’s mountain biking, doing BJJ or reading over a nice IPA.
Emily Triffet
Coach and Nutritionist
Emy loves olympic lifting and sprinting. She’s got a keen eye for nutrition, training and loves a laugh.
When she’s not in the gym, she loves her staffy Frankie, Video games and dank memes
Deacon Laugher
Coach
Deeks is a professional BJJ athlete (and black belt), he loves S&C, BJJ and the magnificent Emy.
When he’s not in the gym, He Enjoys go karting, Video games and his lovely partner.
